I am very happy that my proposal for a presentation named Git Bisect and Testing has been selected for the 5th Annual Google Test Automation Conference (GTAC) on October 28th & 29th, 2010 in Hyderabad, India. There will be only 11 talks including the three keynotes that have already be announced. So my talk will be among the remaining 8. The agenda is being worked out and I will post when I will know more about it.

I had planned to go to the GitTogether'10 too, which is an annual Git developers and users meeting that is hosted by Google in Mountain View, California. But the GitTogether is on October 25th, 26th and 27th, and I would have had to take a flight at 4:45PM on the 26th from the San Francisco airport in order to be in Hyderabad at the start of the GTAC. It would not have been reasonable to spend much more time traveling and recovering from jet-lag for just half a GitTogether.

So I decided to focus on having a nice trip to India and on delivering a good presentation at the GTAC. I will miss seeing my fellow Git developers and users, but I am looking forward to meeting interesting people from the testing community.
